Unless otherwise noted, they are also licensed under creative commons license. You must give appropriate credit to MiniTesting.com, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
By uploading a test, you waive any copyright claims that apply to the test content and the test will be available under a Creative Commons license. Every test is moderated, there is no automatic appear on website. If necessary, content of your test may be modified a little bit, but you will be contacted for approval (if you provided a valid email address). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post. Minitesting.com is not responsible for User Content nor does it endorse any opinion contained in any User Content. You agree that if anyone brings a claim against minitesting.com related to user content that you post, then, to the extent permissible under local law, you will indemnify and hold minitesting.com harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of such claim. Email address provided with a test will never appear on website. It will be used only if we need your approval for changes in content of the test.
MiniTesting.com don’t collect any personal information from our visitors. If you use the form on contact page, your email and IP address will be sent by message, stored in our e-mail account, but this information will not be shared with a third party. We will never send any spam to this email address.
Names entered to generate Certificate are not saved from our part. Generated link contents all necessary data (in coded form) to generate certificate for user.
